Hunter Biden Tried To Turn Over Louisiana’s Proposed Monkey Island LNG Port To Chinese Intelligence And The Chinese Army

Hunter Biden’s proposed Monkey Island, Louisiana liquified-natural-gas (LNG) port deal with communist China that Hunter Biden brokered was not the only shady U.S. strategic infrastructure seaport deal that the Bidens implemented with adversarial foreign front companies.

Hunter Biden’s shady port deal with CEFC China Energy, a Chinese front company connected to Chinese intelligence services and the Chinese Army, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), were confirmed through audio recordings of Hunter Biden himself that were discovered on his laptop and were also confirmed by The New Yorker magazine.
No amount of “plausible deniability” can cover for the fact that the Bidens are compromised by Red China and deeply involved in handing over U.S. strategic seaports to shadowy foreign front companies operating on behalf of America’s most lethal adversaries, the governments of Russia and China.
Joe Biden used Department of Transportation TIGER GRANTS to set the table for GULFTAINER, a foreign company linked to Russia, China, Iran, the former Iraqi regime of Saddam Hussein and Saddam’s Iraqi WMDs, to take over shipping container terminals at two U.S. strategic seaports, one in Florida and another in Delaware.
GULFTAINER, a Middle Eastern-based seaports operator, received no-bid leases at Florida’s Port Canaveral (35 years) and Delaware’s Port of Wilmington (50 years) after those ports received infrastructure upgrades that GULFTAINER (a.k.a. GT USA) needed to operate. These port infrastructure upgrades were paid for with millions of dollars in Obama-Biden Stimulus infrastructure grants known as TIGER GRANTS (Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery Grants).
The Obama/Biden administration installed a CFIUS (Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States) ‘gatekeeper’ to ensure that GULFTAINER and their secretly-negotiated U.S. port deals were never subjected to the required CFIUS national security reviews and the required National Security Threat Analysis that involves all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. Those security reviews were bypassed. The National Security Threat Analysis never happened. Those 17 U.S. intelligence agencies were never notified by CFIUS staff at the U.S. Treasury department that GULFTAINER was attempting to take over container terminals at strategic U.S. seaports. Or, these CFIUS staff members, whom the Obama administration had installed, were complicit.
Biden’s TIGER GRANTS Awarded To Port Canaveral And Port Of Wilmington Before GULFTAINER Won No-Bid Leases To Port Canaveral And Port Of Wilmington; GULFTAINER Owner Is Brother/Business Partner Of Saddam Hussein’s Nuclear Mastermind
GULFTAINER, the beneficiary of those Obama-Biden TIGER GRANT stimulus dollars, is owned by the United Arab Emirates government and Iraq-born oil oligarch Hamid Dhia Jafar, the brother and business partner of Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.
The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar on the Operation Iraqi Freedom CENTCOM ‘BLACKLIST’ of senior Saddam Hussein regime leaders wanted for capture or kill by U.S. and Coalition military forces.
GULFTAINER owner Hamid Dhia Jafar had previously been under investigation by the U.S. Treasury Department and three U.S. congressional committees for his ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ scheme to sell Iraqi oil to fund Saddam and Dr. Jafar’s WMD programs, including nuclear weapons development and uranium enrichment operations.
Dr. Jafar also oversaw Iraqi chemical and biological warfare programs alongside Hamid Jafar’s ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ co-conspirator Lt. Gen. Dr. Amir Al-Saadi, the father of Iraq’s chemical warfare program. Dr. Al-Saadi and Barack Obama’s Iraq billionaire patron Nadhmi Auchi were named in a 2018 lawsuit as co-conspirators in the 1988 Halabja chemical weapons genocide.
By weaponizing federal TIGER infrastructure grants, Vice President Joe Biden helped U.S. adversaries. While telling American workers that the TIGER grants were creating American jobs, Joe Biden was actually paving the way for foreign seaports operators such as GULFTAINER to take over U.S. ports. Biden ‘privatized’ America’s critical infrastructure ports through back-room no-bid deals that rolled out the red carpet for the foreign operators and compromised the national security of the United States.
By upgrading America’s critical infrastructure ports in the years and months leading up to the foreign takeover of those very same ports, Joe Biden set America up for potential “unrestricted warfare” attacks that could be exponentially more devastating than the September 11, 2001 attacks. Americans made their wishes known back in 2006 during the Dubai Ports World debacle by rejecting the idea of a Middle Eastern company operating American ports.
Within that same timeframe, just before GULFTAINER initiated secret negotiations, code-named ‘Project Pelican,’ for Port Canaveral cargo container operations, Russia announced that it had acquired a new weapon, the Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System. In the aftermath of Russia’s Club-K announcement, GULFTAINER entered into a joint venture with state-owned ROSTEC/ROSOBORONEXPORT, Russia’s exporter of the Club-K.
During this same time period, GULFTAINER became a part-owner of Russia’s Port of Ust Luga, one of twelve Russian ports authorized to handle nuclear materials. ROSOBORONEXPORT has recently used the Port of Ust Luga to ship Russian missiles to China.
On the same day that Delaware officials with Diamond State Port Corporation voted to lease the Port of Wilmington to GULFTAINER, President Trump imposed sanctions on ROSOBORONEXPORT.
The Club-K is a Russian cruise missile launching system that looks identical to a standard commercial intermodal shipping container. The Club-K launches Russian Kalibr cruise missiles that can deliver nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, and conventional payloads. The Club-K’s missiles achieve supersonic speed during the terminal phase of travel toward their targets and can destroy an aircraft carrier from 200 miles away. Unfortunately, U.S. missile defenses are oriented outward to detect missiles launched from outside the United States, not missiles launched from inside the United States.
Shortly before Project Pelican negotiations began, the Jacksonville Business Journal exposed GULFTAINER’s attempt to pay $250 million under the table in exchange for becoming a secret, silent partner at Florida’s Port of Jacksonville. The Port of Jacksonville is in close proximity to Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. The exposure of GULFTAINER’s under-the-table payment collapsed the Jafars’ planned deal at the Port of Jacksonville. Convicted felon Corrine Brown was involved with the duplicitous Port of Jacksonville deal.
TIGER GRANTS managed by Joe Biden were awarded to the Port of Jacksonville, Port Canaveral, and the Port of Wilmington.
Joe Biden Managed Millions of Dollars In TIGER Port Infrastructure Grants That Helped GULFTAINER, The Seaports Management Company Linked To China, Iraqi WMDs, and Russia, Take Over U.S. Critical Infrastructure Strategic Ports; In Military Jargon, Joe Biden Brought America’s Enemies ‘Inside The Wire’
President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden established the TIGER GRANT program in 2009 under the umbrella of the so-called Recovery Act. Biden and Obama quickly began steering millions of taxpayer dollars through the U.S. Department of Transportation to seaport and container terminal projects that would later benefit GULFTAINER.
GULFTAINER operates as a front company for U.S. adversaries.
President Barack H. Obama, speaking before a crowd of dignitaries at the Port of Wilmington, Delaware, on July 17, 2014, announced:
Thanks to a competitive grant program called TIGER—a program, by the way, that was part of the Recovery Act that we initiated when I first came into office and Joe Biden helped to manage—this port is rebuilding a wharf that will finally let Wilmington compete with other ports for the biggest cargo ships. [Applause] For the biggest cargo ships.
Vice President Joe Biden, during a visit to the Port of Baltimore alongside U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx, announced that “TIGER Grants were conceived by our administration to build a 21st century infrastructure, a 21st century economy.”
However, that 21st century infrastructure ended up in the hands of foreign companies instead of American companies. Those foreign companies subsequently gave some of the port jobs to foreign workers who were awarded special work visas. Joe Biden was not working on behalf of the American people.
GULFTAINER’s Connections To Communist China
The UAE government that partially owns GULFTAINER entered into a joint venture with China’s state-owned shipping company COSCO, granting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) control of the UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi for a period of 35 years.
The Obama administration granted GULFTAINER partners Hamid Dhia Jafar and Muhammad Al-Qassimi, the Emir of Sharjah in the UAE, a 35-year container terminal lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral.
The UAE’s COSCO-controlled Port of Abu Dhabi is now part of China’s One Belt One Road Initiative. China is the only foreign country that the UAE allows to operate a port inside the Emirates.
The New York Times reported in 2003:
For two years before the American invasion of Iraq, Mr. Hussein’s sons, generals and front companies were engaged in lengthy negotiations with North Korea, according to computer files discovered by international inspectors and the accounts of Bush administration officials …
… the goal was to obtain a full production line to manufacture, under an Iraqi flag, the North Korean [Rodong a.k.a. No-dong] missile system, which would be capable of hitting American allies and bases around the region …
According to the CSIS Missile Defense Project, “numerous reports suggest that the North Koreans received [No-dong missile] assistance from Russian and Chinese scientists.”
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar was seeking a delivery system for his miniaturized nuclear weapon known as ‘Beach Ball.’
Gulftainer parent company Crescent Enterprises, led by Badr Jafar, is a partial owner of Gama Aviation and has been involved with Gama since 2006. In 2019, Hutchison Whampoa China increased its stake in Gama Aviation to 30 percent.The Iraqi Jafar family that owns GULFTAINER is partnered with the Chinese government through Hutchison Whampoa.
Hutchison Whampoa scans U.S.- bound cargo containers at the Port of Freeport, Bahamas, an arrangement that experts consider to be a national security risk for the United States.

Asia’s richest man, Li [Ka-Shing] owns Hutchison Whampoa. He is well known outside of financial circles, having attracted the attention of the U.S. military in a top-secret document drawn up in 1999 during his successful bid to buy the Panama Canal ports.
According to the October 1999 “intelligence assessment” prepared by the U.S. military’s Southern Command, the Hong Kong billionaire is a “threat” to U.S. national security…
… According to a 1999 investigative report by the American Foreign Policy Council, “Hutchison Whampoa, through its Hutchison International Terminals subsidiary or Panama Ports Co., has substantial links to the Chinese communist government and the People’s Liberation Army.”
Both Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System and China’s version of the Club-K, the YJ-18C container missile, are Trojan Horse advanced weapon systems disguised as commercial intermodal shipping containers.
In an interesting side note, China is now producing toy models of the Club-K, that makes a nice trophy for many CCP families.
China’s massive military programs and China’s Belt and Road Initiative by which China is taking over seaports around the world were made possible by Joe Biden, who as a U.S. Senator, fought hard to grant China entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO) and to receive Most Favored Nation trade status, leaving China flush with cash that the communist regime now uses to prepare for military attacks against the United States and U.S. allies such as Taiwan and South Korea. China’s new found wealth enables it to build and manufacture China’s version of the Club-K.
Bill Gertz reported in the Washington Free Beacon in March 2019:
China is building a long-range cruise missile fired from a shipping container that could turn Beijing’s large fleet of freighters into potential warships and commercial ports into future missile bases.
The new missile is in flight testing and is a land-attack variant of an advanced anti-ship missile called the YJ-18C, according to American defense officials.
The missile will be deployed in launchers that appear from the outside to be standard international shipping containers used throughout the world for moving millions of tons of goods, often on the deck of large freighters.
The YJ-18C is China’s version of the Club-K cruise missile built by Russia that also uses a launcher disguised as a shipping container.
Joe Biden brought dangerous adversaries inside the wire of America’s critical infrastructure ports, violating the dictates set forth in Sun Tzu’s book “The Art of War.” Joe Biden’s actions went well beyond the point where plausible deniability would be a credible excuse.
Military academies throughout the world teach young officers about the ancient Chinese master military strategist Sun Tzu.
Joe Biden, in a stealth manner, brought the enemy inside the wire. Considering Sun Tzu’s maxim on warfare being based upon deception, and the exposure of the Biden family’s connections to Chinese intelligence services and to the Chinese military, one has to ask for whom does Joe Biden work.
It is almost as if Sun Tzu, thousands of years ago, had envisioned Joe Biden’s TIGER Grant operation for Gulftainer in concert with Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System.

Considering Sun Tzu’s maxim on deception, Joe Biden’s deals with the Chinese communists, and Biden’s efforts to rebuild U.S. ports in anticipation of foreign takeovers, a serious investigation should commence regarding GULFTAINER’s U.S. port leases. Had any of these port deals received the legally-mandated CFIUS National Security Threat Analysis, Joe Biden could not have gotten away with these blatant acts of treason.
