Gulftainer co-owner Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi, the dictatorial Ruler of Sharjah, United Arab Emeriates, is now demanding that Muslims recapture a 1,400 year-old Catholic cathedral in Córdoba, Spain and convert it into a mosque, in a shocking repeat of Spain’s gory eighth-century fall to Islam.

“They do not own it,” it “belongs to Muslims,” Gulftainer’s brutal Sheikh Al-Qasimi declared in July 2020.

Gulftainer’s Al-Qasimi is demanding a return to the 711 A.D. Islamic conquest of Córdoba, Spain. Al-Qasimi is insisting that Córdoba’s ancient Spanish cathedral be surrendered to Islam, according to a July 18, 2020 report from Spanish newspaper El Día de Córdoba hi, citing an interview Al-Qasimi provided to Sharjah News.

Spanish leftists are working with wealthy Middle Eastern Muslims to seize the Christian Cathedral. Islam is being utilized as the sword of communist revolutionaries in Spain.

Shortly after Gulftainer entered into a joint venture with Russian state-owned weapons conglomerate ROSTEC/ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Intermodal Shipping Container Cruise Missile Launching System, the Obama Administration placed Gulftainer “inside the wire” with a 35-year cargo container terminal lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral. Gulftainer’s Canaveral Terminal sits only 1000 feet from U.S. Navy Trident submarines and adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Gulftainer’s secretly-negotiated Port Canaveral deal was code-named ‘Project Pelican.’ The Navy’s Ohio-class Trident submarines known as ‘boomers’ are the most important leg of America’s nuclear triad. With Obama’s Gulftainer deal, ‘boneheaded’ took on new meaning.

Christians established Córdoba’s cathedral in 600 A.D. Violent Muslim invaders overran their church in 711 A.D. and built a mosque on top of it in a demonstration of Islam’s dominance over Christianity. The Muslim barbarians executed 48 Córdoba Christian martyrs — beheading most of them and throwing the rest of them alive into cauldrons of molten lead.


King Ferdinand III of Castile (modern-day Spain) wrested Córdoba’s Christian holy site away from the invading Muslims in 1236 and dedicated it to the Catholic Church. The Cathedral has remained in the hands of the Catholic Church for the last 800 years.


In a bizarre turn of events, Gulftainer co-owner UAE Sheikh Al-Qasimi is demanding the Spanish Catholic Cathedral be surrendered to Musilms once again in a replay of ancient history, alarming Catholics while emboldening Muslim and far-left communist activists.

Sheikh Al-Qasimi’s demand that Spanish Catholics surrender Córdoba’s cathedral to Islam came only days after TurkIish Islamic dictator President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ordered The Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, the Roman Empire’s first Christian cathedral, be converted into a mosque. Turkey under Erdoğan is no longer the secular state that was established by modern-day Turkey’s founder Kemal Atatürk.


“Dr Al-Qasimi’s emirate [Sharjah] has been condemned by various human rights groups, including Human Rights Watch, which claims the regime is responsible for “torture, restrictions on freedoms of expression and association, and violations of women’s rights,” Durham University’s student newspaper reported.

Viktor Bout, the infamous Russian arms smuggler known as the “Merchant of Death,”  previously resided in Sheik Sultan Al Qasimi’s Sharjah before being arrested and convicted by a  U.S. federal court of delivering anti-aircraft missiles to terrorists. Bout is a close associate of Vladimir Putin.

U.S. Ports Are The Gateway To America

Sheikh Al-Qasimi and Iraqi businessman Hamid Dhia Jafar are the co-owners of the Sharjah-based seaports company Gulftainer, according to World Bank documents.

Hamid Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner is the rogue Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind. Both Iraqi Jafar brothers were deeply involved in Saddam Hussein’s massive top-secret uranium enrichment and nuclear weapons programs.

Hamid Dhia Jafar and Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar are direct descendants of the Prophet Mohammad, according to the late Northcutt Ely, Hamid Dhia Jafar’s one-time attorney. The Al-Qasimi royal family that rules the emirates of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) also claims to be descended from the Prophet Mohammad.

The Iraqi Jafar family’s oil company Crescent Petroleum, a Gulftainer affiliate, maintains an office on Africa Expressway in Tehran, where the Jafars and Crescent bypassed U.S. sanctions against Iran. The U.S. Treasury Department and three Congressional committees investigated Hamid Dhia Jafar and Crescent Petroleum’s illegal ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ scheme to sell Iraqi oil in order to secretly fund Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s nuclear WMD programs.

The U.S. government also investigated Crescent Petroleum to determine whether it was a Saddam Hussein front company.

The Obama administration’s decision to award Gulftainer a 35-year lease to Florida’s Port Canaveral cargo container terminal, bypassing the mandated CFIUS National Security Threat Assessment, appears to be nothing short of enemy action. Why Gulftainer in the wake of the 2006 Dubai Ports World debacle was allowed inside any U.S. seaport remains a mystery.

Blacklisted: Wanted For Capture Or Kill

The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar on CENTCOM’s Operation Iraqi Freedom “Blacklist,” designating Dr. Jafar as an enemy combatant and legitimate U.S. military target wanted for capture or kill.

Soviet-trained nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar oversaw Iraq’s clandestine nuclear program in pursuit of Saddam’s “Arab Bomb.” Dr Jafar Dhia Jafar’s target has always been the United States and Israel.

Russia, Club-K, And Gulftainer ‘Inside The Wire’ At U.S. Ports

For Gulftainer to have entered into a deal with Russia  was to be expected, as the Jafars, Al-Qasimi, and Gulftainer have long-established ties with the military-industrial complex of the Soviet Union and Russia. What was not expected was for Barack Obama to have placed Gulftainer inside the wire at a critical strategic U.S. seaport that is integrated with two U.S. military bases and America’s space program.

Relying on Sun-Tzu’s ancient military tactic of deception, ROSOBORONEXPORT’s Club-K appears identical to a harmless commercial intermodal cargo container. However, hidden inside each Club-K “container” are four advanced Russian Kalibr cruise missiles that can deliver lethal payloads of nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, and conventional warheads. Satellites in space remotely launch Club-K’s cruise missiles and guide them to their targets. Unfortunately, Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K units have a reported ten-year shelf life.

The Obama administration placed al-Qasimi and the Iraqi Jafar brothers inside the wire in the United States by facilitating and approving Gulftainer’s takeover of intermodal cargo container operations at U.S. strategic seaport Port Canaveral. Gulftainer, with assistance from Obama administration holdovers including U.S. Treasury Department official Thomas Feddo, subsequently also took control of Delaware’s entire Port of Wilmington.

The “Saddam Tapes,” captured by coalition forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom, revealed Saddam Hussein and his top cabinet officials, of which Dr. Jafar was one, musing about putting a nuclear bomb into Washington D.C. that could not be tracked back to Iraq.

Destroying America with its own uranium has been made entirely possible with the Uranium One sale of 20% of America’s uranium to Russia by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama — as Russia, and their proxies Iran, North Korea, China, and Dr. Jafar now hold America’s nuclear isotope signature.

The United States, however, is not in possession of Russia’s nuclear isotope signatures. Should America get hit with a nuclear weapon fueled by American uranium that Russia seized through the Uranium One deal, the isotope signature would trace back to the United States rather than identify the true culprit. The same can be said for any other nuclear weapon that detonates anywhere around the globe that uses American uranium and that carries America’s uranium isotope signature. The catastrophic fallout could be beyond imagination.

This is the transformation that Barack Obama effected on America.

President Trump Sanctions ROSOBORONEXPORT, Russia’s Club-K Exporter; Will Those Sanctions Affect Gulftainer?

President Trump placed sanctions on ROSOBORONEXPORT in 2018 on the same day Gulftainer piggy-backed off of their initial Port Canaveral deal by taking over Delaware’s entire Port of Wilmington with a 50-year lease. Members of the International Longshoremen’s Association reached out to The American Report to express their deep concern and discontent with Gulftainer’s Port of Wilmington deal.

Nothing but trouble followed Gulftainer’s entrée into U.S. ports.

Democrats, including Delaware Senator Tom Carper, a close associate of pro-China presidential candidate Joe Biden, continue to provide ever-expanding special assistance to UAE-based Gulftainer.

That Spain would even consider capitulating to a Middle-Eastern Islamic Sheikh who enforces barbaric Sharia law in the UAE and who is aggressively demanding the handover of Córdoba’s Catholic Cathedral makes about as much sense as the Obama administration awarding to that same Islamic Middle Eastern Sheikh a 35-year no-bid, no-CFIUS  lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral. This is particularly disturbing in light of the UAE’s connections to Saddam’s WMD programs and to 17 of the 19 Al-Qaeda terrorists who attacked America on 9/11.

Gulftainer is not only connected to Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, and Al-Qaeda. Gulftainer, through Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Hamid Dhia Jafar, and Sheikh Al-Qasimi, is also connected to the Iraqi Unit 999 terror organization that was complicit in the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing.

Al-Qaeda terrorists attacked Madrid in 2004 in coordinated train bombings, killing 193 people and wounding an additional 2,000. Present-day Spain may be acutely aware of the risk of capitulating to Islamic threats after the massacres that took place in Madrid in 2004.

Barack Obama’s Pakistani college roommate Wahid Hamid works closely with Hamid Dhia Jafar. Wahid Hamid was the Managing Partner of The Abraaj Group, the now spectacularly-collapsed Middle Eastern private equity firm. Hamid Dhia Jafar was a founding shareholder of The Abraaj Group. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, led by the famed vaccination king, was an Abraaj Group investor. Wahid Hamid is known for having accompanied Barack Obama on his mysterious 1981 trip through Pakistan.

Gulftainer Executive Badr Jafar, Al-Qasimi, and Sexual Predator Kevin Spacey

Gulftainer executive Badr Jafar, Hamid Dhia Jafar’s son, went to the Obama White House several weeks before the no-bid secret Project Pelican 35 year  lease was announced and signed — all in one day — bypassing Florida’s open bidding laws.

Al-Qasimi, like Badr Jafar,  has a wealth of interesting friends. Al-Qasimi and Badr Jafar worked with Kevin Spacey and Spacey’s foundation to establish a non-profit Middle-Eastern theater academy that trains young actors aged 25 and under. Spacey spent time coaching the young actors who performed a play in an intimate gathering before an audience that included Gulftainer co-owner Muhammad Al-Qasimi.

Kevin Spacey Foundation Shut Down Amid Sexual Harassment And Sexual Assault Allegations

The Kevin Spacey Foundation shut down its UK operations in 2018 “in the wake of the sexual harassment and assault allegations against Spacey,” Variety reported.

Tara Jaffar, according to her LinkedIn profile, was Associate Director of the Kevin Spacey Foundation in the UK and the UAE from 2014 to 2015, a timeframe that coincides with Project Pelican.

Tara Jaffar’s relative Jafar Dhia Jafar had his insider trading violation charges dismissed by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Obama Administration. After a exhaustive three-year review by the SEC, where Melissa Hodgman, Peter Strzok’s much-ignored wife, was in place as assistant director of the SEC’s Enforcement Division, the SEC appears to have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory when it dismissed its $3.4 million dollar insider trading case against Jafar Dhia Jafar in 2015.

The SEC dropped Jafar’s insider trading case in the same time frame that the Obama administration approved Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral lease by illegally bypassing the required CFIUS National Security Threat Analysis. It is not clear if Jafar Dhia Jafar is Dr. Jafar’s son or nephew, though this Jafar Dhia Jafar works at Gulftainer affiliate URUK Project Development Company, where Dr. Jafar is the CEO.

Badr Jafar dated Naomi Campbell, a close friend of both Ghislaine Maxwell and the now-deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Campbell also flew aboard Epstein’s jet, known as the Lolita Express, with the Iraqi Jafars’ associate Bill Clinton — according to flight logs.

Badr Jafar’s brother Majid Jafar co-launched Business Backs Education with Bill Clinton in March 2014, three months before Gulftainer simultaneously announced and signed “Project Pelican” — Gulftainer’s 35-year Port Canaveral cargo container terminal lease. Varkey raised $70 Billion in promissory donations, a.k.a. “commitments,” for the Clinton Global Initiative through his elite and presumably exceedingly wealthy associates.

NATO Member Spain At Risk From Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System

Spain is a NATO member. U.S. Navy and British Royal Navy submarines armed with Trident ballistic missiles provide a nuclear deterrent that helps protect Spain from a potential Russian invasion of Western Europe. Lockheed Martin and the U.S. Navy conduct Trident II D5 submarine-launched ballistic missile testing operations from Port Canaveral.

Spain is home to Naval Station Rota, the “Gateway to the Mediterranean.” U.S. Navy submarines and aircraft carriers depend upon Naval Station Rota.

The U.S. Navy Virginia-class attack submarine U.S.S Indiana, commissioned in Port Canaveral in 2018 with Vice President Pence in attendance, was at Naval Station Rota in 2020.

UAE Ports Form Alliance With Communist China

Not only is Al-Qasimi and the Iraqi Jafar brothers’ Gulftainer in business with ROSOBORONEXPORT, the Russian enterprise that exports the Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System, the UAE has integrated its ports industry with Communist China.

As part of Communist China’s One Belt, One Road infrastructure project that aims to rebuild China’s ancient Silk Road trading route, five Chinese firms have invested $300 million in the UAE’s Abu Dhabi Ports.

“This is not the first time China and the UAE have collaborated. In 2015, the two countries established a joint investment fund worth $10 billion,” CNBC reported.

Was The Gulftainer Lease Legal Then, And Is It Legal Now? 

The American Report learned from a confidential source that the Gulftainer ownership split between Hamid Dhia Jafar and Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi was 50-50 at the time of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral lease application.

Because of Gulftainer’s fraudulent application and the false information contained therein, the agreement was not in compliance with U.S. law and therefore became null and void under CFIUS.

The approval process for foreign governments to buy or lease critical infrastructure in the United States that is vital to the nation’s economic stability and national security was overhauled in the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (FIRRMA) that President Trump signed into law as part of the 2019 NDAA: “The new law brings expanded oversight over previously uncovered transactions, including minority stakes and other non-controlling investments. It expands CFIUS jurisdiction over real estate transactions including leases near sensitive locations,” according to The National Law Journal.

Congressman Duncan Hunter, Marine Corps Major Who Fought In Iraq, Stood Up To Gulftainer And The Deep State, Then Paid The Price

California Republican Congressman Duncan D. Hunter served as a U.S. Marine Corps artillery officer during two tours in Iraq and another tour in Afghanistan. Major Hunter fought in Fallujah, encountered frequent ambushes, and still struggles with the effects of his extended combat tours, although he says that he “never filed for post-traumatic stress. It’s not an issue.”

Duncan Hunter is the only official who stood up to Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral deal. While Senators were engaged in insider trading, and FBI Directors were lying under oath, enacting a seditious coup d’état and hoax Russian collusion investigation, and redistributing America to her adversaries, Duncan Hunter was the one and only official who stood up for America.

Meanwhile, former intelligence officials from the Obama administration who had lied under oath were rewarded with ever-bigger paydays through book deals and analyst jobs at the Mockingbird media cable news channels, where they continue to peddle even more egregious lies.

That  Old Racism Canard: The Ghost Of Leon Trotsky Rises From The Dead, Spewing Old Communist Talking Points: “Racism, Racism, Racism” 

Canaveral Port Authority CEO John E. Walsh began conflating legitimate criticism of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral deal with racism. Racism is the third rail of politics, so Walsh spit out that old racism canard. It was as if Walsh was channelling the ghost of Leon Trotsky himself, spewing Trotsky’s tired old communist talking point — “racism, racism, racism.”

Yet, top national security officials did not buy into the politically correct talking points. Those officials had deep concerns about Gulftainer’s 35-year lease at Port Canaveral. The American Report met with some of those officials.

The abruptly-announced deal between Gulftainer and Port Canaveral immediately became a lightning rod for criticism due to real and serious national security concerns.

To deflect those objections, Port Canaveral CEO Walsh employed the Obama administration’s standard talking point: “We can’t be racist.”

Joe Kasper, then Chief of Staff to Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA), when asked by The American Report to comment on the “We can’t be racist” argument made by CEO Wash, objected strongly:


Duncan Hunter had the full weight of government come after him for campaign finance irregularities. One must consider the attention that was drawn to Hunter after he exposed the national security nightmare of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral and Port of Wilmington deals. Hunter was sentenced to nearly a year in prison. The Clinton Global Initiative, on the other hand, had $70 billion coming their way.

Rep. Hunter (R-CA), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation, stated during an interview with Frank Gaffney:

If you want to get a weapon of mass destruction into the U.S., you’re not going to walk it across the border with Mexico on your back in a giant backpack. You’re not going to land with it in LAX and say here’s my weapon of mass destruction. You’re going to use a cargo container. That’s how the bad guys will get a weapon of mass destruction into the U.S. next — is through some kind of shipping container. One of the easiest ways to have that happen is by this Gulftainer deal going through.
